NEW! Bus Information - As we begin the school year, there is the potential for bus delays during the first two weeks of school. We appreciate your patience and understanding! Please get in touch with the transportation department with any questions or concerns.
NEW! HBS Attendance Reporting - At HBS, we have two ways to report your student’s absence. The preferred method would be to email the HBS Office at hbsattendance@readington.k12.nj.us and the second method would be to call our Attendance Line at 908-823-0454 prompt #1. First Day School Supply Kits - For those who ordered school supply kits, they have been delivered and will be in your child’s classroom for the first day of school! Thank you for supporting the HSA.

Spirit Wear Sale – Open Now! - Get into the School Spirit! The Readington H.S.A. Spirit Wear store is officially open! The sale will run until Friday, September 12. There are multiple design and color options, with shirt pricing starting at just $15! When placing orders, choose the “pick up” delivery option at checkout and items will be shipped free of charge to your child’s school and sent home with them. We can’t wait to see everyone in their school gear! Items will be delivered to schools by the week of October 20. Order Spirit Wear online
Used Item Drive – Save the Date! - Time for a fall clean-up! The drive runs September 8–15 and accepts much more than clothes. Full details on acceptable items will be included in next week’s blast.
School Stuff-A-Mascot Plush Kit Sale - Students can bring home their very own school mascot!
Each kit includes:
An 8” or 16” unstuffed plush bear with a school t-shirt
Stuffing, birth certificate, heart for a wish, and instructions
Kits will be sent home via backpack approximately 3 weeks after the sale closes on September 12. Purchase a Mascot Kit
Open Chair Positions – Get Involved! - The HSA has open committee chair positions, and we’d love your help to make our events a success. The Color Run Chair position is currently open. If you’re interested in learning more, please reach out to the HSA at daniellep@readingtonhsa.com.

Teacher Assignment/Bus Information - Parents will be provided access to the Genesis Parent Portal today, Wednesday, August 20, at 2:00 p.m. to complete forms and view student schedules, teacher assignments, and bus information. If you have any questions, please contact the Principal, Dr. Moss.
NEW! Superintendent's Welcome New Families - Please join Dr. Hart on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 @ 6:00 P.M. in the Board Office Conference Room (next to Holland Brook School) at 52 Readington Road. Light refreshments will be provided compliments of the HSA. If you are interested in attending, please RSVP at rsvp@readington.k12.nj.us so we know to expect you. But...you can always drop in.
